Job Description

    Key Responsibilities as Talent Recruitment Executive:
    1. Identifying Recruitment Needs: Understand the role requirements
    2. Creating Job Descriptions: - Write clear and concise job descriptions that accurately represent the roles and responsibilities. - Ensure job descriptions are inclusive and attract diverse candidates.
    3. Sourcing Candidates: - Utilize various channels such as database access, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to find potential candidates. - Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
    4. Screening and Interviewing: - Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 5. Managing the Recruitment Process: - Coordinate the entire recruitment process from job posting to on-boarding. - Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 6. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and seek feedback to improve the process. 7. Conducting Background Checks: - Verify candidate information through reference checks, background screenings, and other verification processes. 8. On-boarding New Employees: - Follow-up for offer letter generation and candidate joining.
    Additional Responsibilities - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
