Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Noida Sector-65

  • Intern HR && Admin Candidate. The
  • one who will be:
  • Responsible for recruitment of all level across the Organization.
  • Responsible for general administration.
  • Responsible for conducting first level orientation of new joinee, documentation and sharing goal
  • sheet if any as per the level
  • Implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal employee databases
  • Preparing employee documents
  • Maintain the Recruitment Tracker and updating within TAT
  • Responsible to handle post joining activity effectively, leave && attendance management
  • Marinating attendance register ( Physical register && biometric )
  • Leave Management
  • Coordinating with other departments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • What we need from you:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required with ability to effectively communicate
  • with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information is critical
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math, percentages and variances are utilized frequently.
  • May be required to work under pressure and With Deadlines.
