1) Counselling freshers and experience candidates for job oriented training program on various technologies and domains. 2) Making daily inbound and outbound calls and regressive follow up. 3) Revenue generation by increasing Enrollments. 4) Take care of students Placement. 5) Responsible for building relations with different colleges and university for Campus hiring and workshops. 6 ) Handling first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidates; Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, and Communication skills etc. 7) Conduct Interviews for internal job hiring & Co-ordinate with respective heads. 8) Co-ordinate and building tie ups with the companies for Job placements of the Trainees.
