Job Description

    Description - InternalRole: Manager - Operations Manager Location: Noida Education: Any Graduate + Post graduation in HR Experience: 15+ yearsSkills: Operations Management in HRO , Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Customer-oriented approach, SLA/KPI Management, Organisation & Results-oriented thinking. The person should be able to do solutioning and transition of HRO processes.
    • Plans, schedules and manages the defined business services, delivering to agreed timescales, budget, acceptance criteria, quality criteria and contractual commitments
    • Ensures that the service delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes and procedures with regard to service definition, service level management including reporting, documentation including maintenance of appropriate review documentation and audit trails, change control with both customers and suppliers
    • Reports and escalates service issues in an appropriate and timely fashion and initiate timely, corrective action as required
    • Demonstrates a practical approach to continuous improvement of the processes which directly manage the delivery of services
    • Ensures an effective communication process is in place with customers, line management, third party suppliers and team members
    • Assists customers to develop business processes and procedures in support of new products and services, or in response to systems changes
    • Participates in projects, provides support to working parties and advice on developments in the relevant service lines
    • Keeps abreast of client developments which may have an impact on the business services provided
    • Identifies and manages issues and risks in their business activities and takes responsibility for reporting issues and risks in a timely, open and appropriate manner
    • Ensures all required controls are implemented, documented and monitored so as to ensure full audit compliance
    • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and participates in projects developing tools and techniques
    • Proposes innovative solutions that meet the challenges at hand
    • Trains and transfers knowledge
    • Manages and/or participates in leading the team while helping to create a positive and motivating environment
    • Holds performance meetings and assignment reviews, Helps employees develop their skills, tracks their career as proximity/line managers where relevant, involved in recruitment and induction for recently hired employees
    Key technical and functional skills
    • Ability to lead, manage and develop large teams
    • Strong knowledge of one or more BPS specialist areas
    • Good command of coaching and mentoring
    • Ability to seamlessly deliver service utilising teams
    • Ability to manage a significant pan of services across several connected aspects of the end-to-end process
    • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients
