The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.ResponsibilitiesSupport team in complex transaction processing cases and issuesCoordinate with CoE and retained teams on complex casesManage and administer business processes for data changes and updatesSupporting in User acceptance testingManage organization change communicationsSupport and manage global assignment cases (mobility) as per defined process and SOPs in alignment with CoEManage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in accordance with SOPsProvide coaching and mentoring to other team membersQualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelors or equivalent educationRelevant years of experience in HR shared services/OperationsExperience in managing HR processes. Understanding of Workforce data administration process (Employee Lifecycle)Experience of working on HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc. preferably SuccessFactorsDemonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics and reportsComfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environmentOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downwardPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsMBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantageAbility to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independentlyAbility to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrentlyAbility to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic, operational, and tactical,
