Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop custom web parts, extensions, and applications using modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems and platforms as required. Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Stay updated on the latest SharePoint development trends, tools, and best practices. Experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.Primary Skill 7 years of experience in SharePoint development, with a focus on SPFX Lead. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and content types.Secondary Skill Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience in leading client meetings and workshops.
