• Qualifications & Skills:
• Should have hands on experience of handling O&M and AMC business enquiries. Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft outlook, MST etc. Exposure to sales of O&M / maintenance contracts and develop a client base of multiple sites. Should have knowledge of statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of Central Govt. as well as State Govt and implementing them in costing of enquiries. Should have knowledge on submitting tenders along with relevant documents and participation of E tenders and reverse auction of Govt /Non Govt enquiries.
• In depth knowledge on HVAC/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in Delhi / NCR territory will be preferred
• Key Responsibilities: New client acquisition and Managing service business (AMC, O&M, of HVAC, Electrical, IBMS, F&F, Plumbing etc.) for territories under Delhi/ NCR. Ensuring Retention of at least 90% of existing contracts on expiry. Scanning different sources in market for leads on O&M and AMC Business. Generation of enquiries for AMC / O&M of chillers, package units, ventilation, HVAC, Electrical and F&F jobs. Maintain regular contact with different customers to generate enquiries and job leads. Have relevant experience in handling O&M and AMC business of any type of electromechanical utility services like HVAC, Central Air conditioning, Packaged Air conditioning, Electrical systems, Diesel Generators, IBMS & Fire Fighting Systems in the customer service domain. Handling team of engineers. Sound understanding of business commercials and P&L responsibilities.
Should be ready to take and achieve business targets in terms of numbers.
