While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.What you will learn and contribute to Business Application (BA) / Analytics is a growing business for Cloud and Network Services with focus on generating network, service, and customer insights. With 5G and ever-growing experience demanding customer base insights portfolio is becoming key to our customers success. We are looking for talent who can support our market team leads with sales engagements for complex & competitive bids, drive value, collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants and Services Organization.As part of our team, you will:
    • Primarily responsible to support Market Pre-Sales and Central Pre-Sales team by developing and maintaining E2E solution documents for Business Application Domain, which include but not limited to:
      • Services Cost
      • Solution Presentation
      • Services Solution Documents
      • Bill of Materials
      • Business Case for Analytics Solutions
      • Statement of Compliances
    • To access the customer RFP/input documents to understand the requirements and respond with precise answers keeping inherent risk in consideration.
    • To improve efficiency in deliverables with better documentation and automation.
    • To collaborate and co-ordinate with Market Pre-Sales, Analytics delivery teams, product units and other experts to create the right knowledge base and collaterals.
    • To be engaged and present solutions to Internal stakeholders and on case-case basis to customer as well.
    • Must complete all assignments comprehensively and on-time
    • Position the BA/Analytics Nokia value proposition, demonstrating business benefits, and ROI differentiating Nokia from its competitors.
    • Partner with the broader Nokia sales team to leverage joint solutioning.
    • Strictly adhere to the published Nokia processes.
    • Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
    • Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner.
    Your skills and experience Qualifications/Key Requirements
    • 8+ years of proven sales experience in an IT/Telecom domain
    • Should have knowledge in 3G/4G/5G telco environment, Cloud computing, Virtualization / Containerization etc.
    • Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e., consultative sales approach for selling solutions).
    • Understand Communications software, with prior experience in this space on technical selling solutions such as Analytics, AI/ML and other related software.
    • Thinks strategically and can follow through tactically.
    • Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent.
    • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and should be able to work on end-end documents required for offer submission.
    • Experience in design, development and implementation of information security policies, process, and procedures.
