While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.What you will learn and contribute to We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle for our tools. The ideal candidate should have at software development/telecom experience and be proficient in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure sign-off. You will work closely with the development team to plan project deliverables and ensure that the plan is followed. You will also ensure that the team is up to date with the latest tools and software development techniques and take necessary measures for their competence development.The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that software development processes are followed and that there are no compliance issues during audits. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn new tools and technologies, and be adept at stakeholder management.As part of our team, you will:
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure sign-off
• Work closely with the development team to plan project deliverables and ensure that the plan is followed
• Ensure that the team is up to date with the latest tools and software development techniques
• Take necessary measures for the competence development of the team
• Ensure that software development processes are followed and there are no compliance issues during audits
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and identify and mitigate any potential project roadblocks
• Ensure that project documentation is up to date and complete
• Ensure that project meets or exceeds client expectations
Your skills and experience You have:
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• Knowledge of bid management practices and bid lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
• Project management certification is a plus
