JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for instructional designing, developing content, technical writing in the field of Learning & Development with a broad coverage on sectors like IT/ITES, Retail, Oil & Gas etc. Keen eye on extensive market research related with corporates and different organizations in the industry. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Understanding & Knowledge: The person should understand on how people change behavior. Designing & Implementation: The person will be responsible for content development, designing proposals, reading, writing material, editing, and reviewing business solutions, reference materials, books, eBooks and articles. Keen eye on detailing: Should have good visualization skills, analytical skills. Person should be able to design on the basis of thorough understanding of the modules, products and services and should be well versed to research and bring innovative ideas on the table. KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE Should have minimum experience of 3 to 10 years of instructional designing Should be curious and excited to be part of an environment focused on learner growth & development Should be able to demonstrate expertise in psychology and behavioral science with focus on changing behaviors for adult participants Should have expertise on Content Design and Development Develop customized programmes for clients based on solutions recommended (Online, digital & Face to Face) Added Advantage; Deep interest in psychology and behavioral science Qualification and Experience Graduate/Post Graduate in social sciences/ psychology preferred Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Designing preferred Experience in developing client rapport by understating their challenges/issues Experience in Corporate Communications & L&D is a plus Skills and Knowledge Excellent Interpersonal Skills In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills MS Office/word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills Key Competencies & Traits Ability to devise and implement solutions to the client queries Creativity of thoughts to provide Out of Box solutions Good understanding of the corporate training market would be an advantage.
