Job Description

    Job Summary:The Insurance Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business and sales by contacting prospective clients via phone to promote and sell a range of insurance products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the insurance market, and a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Telesales Executive will work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, provide tailored insurance solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Lead Generation:
      • Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone to sell various types of insurance policies, including health, life, auto, and property insurance.
      • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
      • Build a pipeline of potential clients and effectively close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Customer Service:
      • Provide accurate information and guidance to clients on insurance products, ensuring they understand the coverage, benefits, and terms.
      • Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and build strong, long-term relationships.
    • Policy Management:
      • Accurately complete applications, policy adjustments, and renewals according to company standards and guidelines.
      • Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure policy accuracy and timely resolution of customer needs.
    • Reporting & Compliance:
      • Document customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain up-to-date records using the companys CRM system.
      • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including confidentiality and data protection policies.
      • Prepare regular sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and achievements.
