Job Description

    About ICCSICCS is a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company dedicated to delivering excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team for the Max Insurance Process at our Noida location. The role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective training programs for our team, ensuring high performance and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members on Max Insurance products, processes, and customer service skills.
    • Content Development: Design, update, and enhance training materials, modules, and assessments in line with business requirements.
    • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their roles.
    • Performance Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
    • Skill Development: Identify training needs through regular observation, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement skill enhancement programs.
    • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to address gaps in performance and provide remedial training sessions.
    • Compliance Training: Ensure all employees are trained on regulatory guidelines and company policies related to the Max Insurance process.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, prepare reports on training outcomes, and share insights with management.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a certification in training or teaching).
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a trainer in the BPO or insurance industry.
      • Hands-on experience with Max Insurance processes or similar insurance operations is an advantage.
    • Key Skills:
      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
      • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Knowledge of training tools and techniques.
