Job Description

    • Handle inbound calls from US customers for the AT&T process.
    • Provide technical assistance and customer support over the phone.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve individual and team sales/performance targets.
    • Follow quality, process and compliance guidelines.
    Required Skills
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
    • Good active listening and customer-handling abilities.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
