Job Description

Dear Candidate ,We are hiring for International Voice Process for our MNC Client at Noida / Kolkata .!Gade A2 (1-4 Years) Location Kolkata/ Noida Rate- up to 4.5 LPA Shift- Night shift (Work from office ) Note- Candidate would be Joining after complete BGV Done Note- Candidate should have work experience in US Voice Process and it should be there in their resumeKey Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/Helpdesk as per process requirements.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly Targets and conversion targets.
• Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 14 years of experience in outbound calling, for US clients.
• Open to Work from Office
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
• Open to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
