Job Description

    Experience Required: 1 to 4 years Location:Noida Sector 125 Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience handling customer support over the phone for global clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
    • Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Meet performance metrics such as Quality, AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), etc.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues when needed.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 1 to 4 years of experience in international voice-based customer support.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
    • Flexible to work in rotational or night shifts.
