Job Description

Purpose of the role is the development of portfolio trainings (BGs and E2E). The main responsibility of this position is the needs analysis, creation and implementation of sales certification (training) programs pertaining to the ION portfolio. In addition, the ION CaDe learning specialist will be involved in tailored CaDe focus programs for CO depending on existing requirements from the various markets. He/she will define, develop, provide and maintain the sales training solutions around ION products, solutions and practices. This includes alignment of program objectives and deliverables with business goals, interaction with ION BG and Marketing, and acting as trusted advisor on capability and competence development.Job Responsibilities & Competencies:Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze needs for ION specific CaDe measures originating from various sources (ION BG, Marketing, CO Markets, SSO): training demand, push programs, learning topics according to ION/CO business needs and priorities
  • Agree on, develop, make available and maintain a set of ION sales certification programs (levels, content, contributors, timelines) in line with business priorities from ION, Marketing and CO
  • Keep relation with subject matter experts in the ION BG and agree on contributions required for creation of ION learning solutions
  • Establish regular dialog with CO ION AMs in CO Markets, in close cooperation with regional CaDe consultants:
    • Collect training requirements for ION topics based on business needs
    • Follow up regularly on CaDe achievements versus targets
    • Ensure that CaDe offerings are promoted to and known by CT heads and AMs in the market
  • Contribute to collection and prioritization of learning topics within CaDe team
  • Support other CaDe functions where appropriate and needed, e.g. CaDe communications, CaDe programs
  • Help define and implement governance and processes (MoO) between CaDe and stakeholders (BG, CO Markets, Marketing)
  • The role will rarely require travel, but the candidate would be on occasion required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CO CaDe team.

  • Technical skills: solid knowledge of ION products and solutions as well as a high-level understanding of key E2E solutions where ION elements play a central role
  • Experience with CoDe / CaDe / training / enabling / learning design
  • Proficiency in modern/innovative learning design and technology (Scorm, knowledge retention etc)
  • Knowledge of Nokia s Learning Management System (NLDH/CSOD)
  • Experience in sales or sales support functions, to create targeted, valuable training for sales
  • Basic project management skills
Qualifications & Experience:Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective.Typically requires 10+ years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate (bachelor s in science)/ postgraduate (master s in science) equivalent degree.The candidate should have had several years of exposure to training or learning solutions, or alternatively worked in internal or external communications, marketing, product management, sales or pre-sales. A profound knowledge of ION products and solutions is mandatory; in addition, a broad background on the Nokia portfolio would be helpful.,
