Responsible for tracking all the communications and deadlines associated with patent and trademark applications during the entire prosecution. It includes storing all the communications/ information in online database. It also includes, docketing deadlines, sending reminders/ follow ups to the concerned contact person for the clients. Main Accountabilities: IP Operations Handling outgoing and incoming client communication from the Patent and Trademark office. Reading the communication and Identifying important due dates and docketing those to the system accurately in correct format. Ensuring the due dates docketed, generates correct reminders so that the paralegals/ attorneys are informed timely of the actions due. Uploading the e- mails and documents to the correct matter and activity. Maintaining and keeping the IP Management software updated. Eligibility Criteria: Required Skills:- Candidates with work experience of 0- 2 yrs.
