Summary Develops, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, modifies and installs programs. Responsibilities
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Requirements
  • Handling day to day IVR activity
  • Troubleshooting experience related to Asterisk IVR
  • Client interaction and handling client s issues.
  • Through knowledge of Asterisk PBX, configuration and dial plan.
  • Asterisk Realtime configuration.
  • AMI AGI programming.
  • Good knowledge of SIP protocol.
  • MySQL database with knowledge of query, stored procedures, replication, backup restore.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Asterisk server architecture.
  • Text to Speech and Speech to Text experience is an added advantage.
  • Scripting with Shell, Perl, PHP, C C++.
  • Linux, CentOS, Asterisk, MySQL, Linux ODBC, AMI, Perl, PHP, Shell Scripting
    • Education Requirement

    IT Graduation/IT Post Graduates/BCA/MCA/BE/BTech.
