Network Tools Solution Owner is responsible for providing network management solution through network tools. including technical design, functionality, configuration, performance and quality solutions. This is a global position for enabling the upcoming IT Digitalization by preparing the Network ready for transformations including:- Aligns the solutions with the IT Infrastructure reference Architecture and Nokia IT Security requirements- Designed solutions must meet IT Network management requirement and be deployable and supportable by service providers- Coordinates solution provisioning and deployment by Network tools service providers- Manages the design of Network tools solutions, guides the IT service providers technical solution team, performs the necessary acceptance and assures the quality after the implementation for the solution- Cooperation with Nokia Cyber Security, Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure Architects and Service Owner- She/He performs and validates requirements analysis, prepares demand requests to providers and evaluates technical solution proposals from the service providers- Participates in the preparation of project proposals, the project business case and in the implementation of projects- Bachelors degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent- Minimum of 8-10+ years experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment- Deep level understanding to review network designs/configurations provided by suppliers to prepare reference architecture for the enterprise network- Good understanding on network technologies TCP/IP, TCP/IP Flow control, UDP, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, DNS, ARP, HTTP, SSL, STP, Trunking, & Port Channelling, VRF, IPsec and TLS;- Understanding and experience with SNMP, Netconf, RestAPI.etc- Hands-on experience in industry leading Network management tools- Good understanding on software defined network and solution- Motivated to learn new tools and technologies, test in lab, proof of concept, develop new solution and documentation- Well-versed in Fault management, performance management.etc all tools functionality with event manger integration.- North-bound integration with ITSM tool, service orchestrator, service automation, self-service.etc- Expertise in scripting languages, programming skills, python.etc Innovative in develop scripts/program that solves the network management challenges- Provide view of IT infrastructure health, inventory, forecast.etc over a IT executive dashboard- Experience working in large enterprise tools environment, integrating multiple tools and automation- Good understanding on Tools architecture, multi-tier, distributed, develop design to requirement- Previous experience of understanding and solving independently complex issues related to network management of enterprise wired and wireless network, firewalls, virtualization, load balancing, traffic management and WAN product/technologies, and drive those to resolution with service providers- Requirement gathering experience- Understanding of ITIL processes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self- Strong customer focus- Drive to deliver results, get things done attitude,
