Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:Discussion of requirements with stakeholders (Product Managers, Development Leads, QA Analysts)Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gapsBrainstorming of requirements gathered - Suggest product enhancementsCreating workflows and wireframesDocumenting finalized workflows and wireframes for software development, with full explanatory notes for development and testingCoordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutionsPrioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelinesWork closely with Product Managers to liaise with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure highlighting important features and positioning of new productsCreate support and training & help documents for internal and external usersAnalyze competition and other solutions to feed into product roadmapSkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAnalytical skillsExperience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.Experience with entire MS Office SuiteBasic presentation skillsKnowledge of the Software Development Life CycleAny other project management toolWireframing and PrototypingQualification:B Tech. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA
