Key Account Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Consistently achieve monthly targets Identify new customers, maintain existing customer relationships and grow them Map accounts at all levels, maintain account specific key statistics and run programs targeted at enlarging footprint Plan and execute targeted programs to churn key competition accounts in favor of VIVA Maintain absolute control on customer satisfaction & receivables; especially on escalation Maintain high level of integrity & accuracy in reporting Maintain a healthy pipeline DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE Qualification : Graduates / Engineers with the following qualities 3-4 yrs of telecom experience. Preference will be for candidates from VoIP industry Demonstrated leadership qualities. We are looking for people who can outgrow themselves and build teams and handle larger territories in future Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with minimal or no supervision with a virtual support system Should be able to demonstrate VIVAs value proposition in a consultative selling approach Highly result oriented professionals Exposure to VoIP, leased lines & video solutions will be a definite plus Excellent team worker. PEOPLE WITH DIRECT AND CHANNEL SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED,
