Job Description

Role -Kore.AIEngineerResponsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Customize and configure Kore.ai bots to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Integrate chatbots with various third-party applications and systems using APIs.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance bot capabilities.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor and maintain deployed chatbots, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and apply them to improve existing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Document design specifications, development processes, and deployment procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 1-8 years of hands-on experience in building chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive knowledge of the Kore.ai platform and its features, including bot development, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques for conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in leading chatbot development projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
