Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Fenergo CoEIn this role, you would be responsible for development on Pentaho and implement uses cases for data migration.Qualifications Minimum qualificationsB.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech Responsibilities

  • Experience in a ETL configurations and development using Pentaho
  • Good exposure of ETL and bulk data migration
  • Good Experience in Extraction, Transformation and Loading from Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Sources.
  • Using the data Integration tool Pentaho for designing ETL jobs in the process of building Data warehouses and Data Marts.
  • Participation in Performance tuning in database side, transformations, and jobs level.
  • Good experience in design the jobs and transformations and load the data sequentially & parallel for initial and incremental loads.
  • Good experience in using various PDI steps in cleansing and load the data as per the business needs
  • Good experience in configuration of Data integration server to run the jobs in local, remote server and cluster mode.
  • Good Experience in designing the advance reports, analysis reports and Dash Boards as per the clients requirements.
  • Good Experience in creating cubes by using Pentaho Schema Workbench.
  • Installation and setup complete BI suite as per the clients requirements.
  • Understand the requirements for designing the BI Architecture and ETL
  • Architecture.
  • Interact with clients for change request understanding to enhance &
  • designing Reports, dash boards.
  • Execution of integration, migration, performance test
  • Team Player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Participate in requirements discussions (internal/external)
  • Lead/Contribute daily technical stand ups
  • Contribute to process definition and documentation of approaches and standards
  • Create test data as required using tools available for bulk data migration.
  • Determine any gaps in tooling and analyse the market to advise on suitable tools and technologies
  • Responsible for creating and executing all test cases required for
  • Responsible for daily status reporting to Dev Lead technical testing activities
  • Responsible for weekly status reporting to Dev Practice Lead
