EngineeringRef #: DescriptionDescriptionSoftware Domain Analyst (SDA) is responsible for translating the Business requirements to a detailed level of business use cases that Development and QA team use to develop and test product. SDA role is required to build product and domain knowledge to ensure, he/ she understands the real users requirements, usage and scenarios. SDA will ensure an end to end product solution is developed and released with high quality. SDA participates in the review of detailed test cases, end to end (integration) scenarios, test strategy and participates in End to end testing activities to ensure the overall solution works as per customer requirements and uses. Candidate should have good knowledge and experience of software development life cycle, review of business requirements, defining business use cases with an appropriate level of details, review of test cases and an end to end test scenarios. Should have interest and expertise to use and test the product to ensure an end to end solution is working as the customer will be using. Collaborates with Product Management, Development, QA and support teams to understand the end users perspective and ensure these are covered in use cases, reviews the test cases for complete coverage and validates the product functionality as per requirements, end-user use casesShould have good knowledge around Platform technologies like App server, Web server, OS, Browsers, DB, etc. and their interactions. Analyses the defects and helps to identify root cause analysis to identify gaps and improve test coverage Collaborates with Product Management, Business Analysts, Support, Dev and QA teams to identify the gaps in requirements, business cases get details to fill in gaps and communicates with the team on a timely fashionUnderstand the products usage patterns across the industry at a business and technical level and ensure that we bring that perspective into the team to address Do impact analysis of any changes in overall requirements, changes to identify impacted areas and ensure to communicate within the team to address the risksQualificationsQualificationsEngineering Degree / MCA - Should have attained 60% marks throughout his academics5-8 yrs experience of industry experience in testing or software domain analyst or business analyst Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-throughExcellent problem solving and decision-making abilitiesShould be abreast with the latest technologies for enterprise SAAS solutions Domain Knowledge and experience on HRM Solution, Payroll, work force management solutions will be added advantageExperience working in an Agile/ Scrum environmentCorporate overviewYou re empowered when you re a Kronite.
