The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Purpose of the role is the overall project and resource management for all CaDe learning solutions around the Nokia portfolio. The main responsibility of this position is the planning, project management and delivery of CaDe portfolio trainings. It encompasses the continuous improvement of learning design, innovative learning methods, quality control, collection of stakeholder feedback and taking corrective actions, and prioritization of topics and resources across the CaDe team in CSSO. It includes setting up and implementing governance and processes with GSS CaDe for administration of learning solutions in Nokia s Learning Management System. He/she will also develop selected, high-impact learning solutions him/herself.
