The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries. Its organizational structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams deep understanding of local markets. This approach enables Nokia to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Purpose of the role is the overall project and resource management for all CaDe learning solutions around the Nokia portfolio. The main responsibility of this position is the planning, project management and delivery of CaDe portfolio trainings. It encompasses the continuous improvement of learning design, innovative learning methods, quality control, collection of stakeholder feedback and taking corrective actions, and prioritization of topics and resources across the CaDe team in CSSO. It includes setting up and implementing governance and processes with GSS CaDe for administration of learning solutions in Nokia s Learning Management System. He/she will also develop selected, high-impact learning solutions him/herself. He/she will be responsible for the alignment of program objectives and deliverables with business goals, setting program targets and defining metrics, and acting as trusted advisor on capability and competence development.Job Responsibilities & Competencies:Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project and resources for developing portfolio trainings for sales
  • Aggregate needs for CaDe measures originating from various sources (BGs, HR, Marketing, CO Markets, SSO): training demand, learning topics according to business needs and priorities
  • Agree on, develop and maintain programs roadmap in close cooperation with stakeholders and in line with business priorities
  • Establish regular dialog with CO and BG stakeholders, in close cooperation with global CaDe team
  • Conduct lifecycle management and quality control (demand & health checks)
  • Introduce leading edge, innovative learning concepts (mobile and social learning, knowledge retention)
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of Nokia-wide competence management processes
  • Support other CaDe functions where appropriate and needed, e.g. regional CaDe consultants, CaDe programs, CaDe analytics
  • Help define and implement governance and processes (MoO) between CaDe and stakeholders (BG, CO Markets, Marketing)
  • The role will rarely require travel, but the candidate would be on occasion required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CO CaDe team.

Qualifications & Experience:Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective.Typically requires 14+ years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate (bachelor s in science)/ postgraduate (master s in science) equivalent degree.The candidate should have had several years of exposure to training or learning solutions, either for internal or external customers, or alternatively in internal or external communications, marketing, sales or pre-sales. A broad background in the Nokia portfolio as well as the Learning Management System used in Nokia would be helpful.Job Grade: 9/10 depending on the individually agreed scope of responsibilities.Imagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
