We have urgent opening in reputed Real Estate Company .Position-Liaison HeadLocation-NoidaCTC-upto 12 LPAJob description- Handle various types of proposals for obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from Government bodies and authorities- Liasoning with all other departments for sanctions.- Well acquainted with Central / State laws and regulations.- Renewal amendment of licenses.- Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.- Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions Must have Good relations with Govt. Cadre Officers in various offices. Experience in Real Estate field is preferred.Required Candidate profileLiaison with all Class 1,2 & 3 officers in various Govt.
