It is the primary responsibility of logistics coordinators to come up with reliable and efficient methods for customer fulfillment, along with the resolution of issuesthat occur along the way.This career requires the ability to communicate well with a variety of different people, negotiation skills, organizational expertise, and an analytical mindset. Generally, candidates with at least a year in a logistics background, and a familiarity with common software and hardware used in the field are well suited for this type of role.
