Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Leverage your proven skills to engage clients of our services, through email, video chat, screen sharing, chatting, and phone calls.
    • Leverage the necessary technical knowledge required to establish credibility with client contacts at a variety of levels.
    • Seek continuous improvement in this area on a regular basis.
    • Manage a list of existing accounts and inbound leads from our internet marketing
    • Meet with clients over the phone, video chat, or in-person to understand their needs and explain how our services can help them
    • Gather requirements for projects or positions and help our sales staff create proposals based on client requirements
    • Compel your prospects to action through the effective communication of our company and its capabilities, and create a sense of urgency to take action and use E Virtual Services to relieve their needs.
    • Document all your daily project activity and progress including leads, prospects, accounts, and quotes in the CRM tool as required by management.
    • Seek continuous sales self-improvement on a monthly and annual basis, with support from the management team.
    • Meet or exceed all required activity metrics on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
    • Meet or exceed all required financial targets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
    • Always represent E Virtual Services to the market in a positive, professional, and ethical manner.
    SHIFT TIME: 9 pm - 6 amQualifications and Skills
    • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
    • Some industry knowledge or experience with North American clients
    • Good computer and phone skills
    • Have a positive attitude.
    • Be self-motivated & goal-oriented
    • The position requires great verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to actively listen, the ability to be assertive and persuasive
    • Basic knowledge of websites, e-mail and internet marketing, and computer technology.
    • Outgoing personality with the ambition to learn and grow.
    Salary: 250,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
