Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of MT, Human ResourceIn this role, you will be responsible to review and validate salary revision inputs and process the same on the tool . Ensure smooth flow of the salary revisions to payroll for dispatching the amount. This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for below mentioned responsibilities:

  • Transaction activities related to HR Shared Services
  • Deliver quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
  • Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
  • Exposure to various HR processes
  • Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Graduation from a Recognized University (Commerce graduate preferred)
  • Relevant work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
  • Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written)
  • Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
