Job Description

    We are looking for a Manager to join the New Opportunities team at Analytical Services, which focuses on pre-sales, sales-enablement, transitions and exploring new areas of growth in the insurance analytics domain. This role will take you across the entire sales lifecycle, from solutioning, to lead generation and opportunity tracking.ResponsibilitiesSolutioning and Product Management
    • Assess customer requirements and develop solutions, along with alternates, which leverage the RMS and Moody s products to address market and customer needs
    • Work closely with sellers, product managers, and delivery leaders in order to determine our capabilities and develop the overall solution strategy and approach
    • Undertake market sizing, articulate client value proposition, identify product placement, propose pricing for the proposed solutions
    • Articulate solutions through brochures, sales enablement presentations, and other collaterals
    • Support creation, update and maintenance of sales collateral across various client and internal requirements, including presentations, documents, success stories and case studies
    Lead Generation
    • Execution and coordination of RFP responses and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to determine the best position while aligning with customer objectives
    • Pre-sales and business development activities representing Analytical Services with high touch liaising with marketing and other stakeholders across the organization
    • Execute a systematic approach to manage the opportunity pipeline for both hunting and mining activities
    • Edit proposals and related documents for completeness and compliance with editorial standards and proposal formatting/composition
    • Perform trend analysis on existing AS customers and work with delivery teams to determine additional opportunities in existing accounts
    • Perform market research to identify offerings, competitors and target clients
    • Support PoC creation for prospective solutions
    Skills/Qualification and Experience
    • 10 Years of experience with minimum 5 Years in CAT Modelling
    • Master s in Business Administration / Economics/Finance or equivalent desirable
    • Good understanding of Property & Casualty (re)insurance domain
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
    • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Data Analytics Services offerings
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Salesforce, Contract Management tool
    • Ability to conduct in-depth market research on various market players and offerings
    • Excellent communicator and an ability to communicates with all levels of the organization
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
