Job Description

Hi Greetings from Adroit Synergies.Requirement : Manager OperationsLocation : Sec 63, NoidaJob DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:-

  • Manage a team of AMs, Team Leaders SMEs, Tele callers and support staff to drive and achieve targets as set by the business or clients.
  • Effective performance planning for self and team, time management and self-organization
  • Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to take decisions and manage complex/ difficult employees situation.
  • Ability to maintain staffing and roistering
  • Handle escalations &Run projects to improve sales/conversions.
  • Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives (e.g. Absenteeism, Attrition control) that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency.
  • Data collection and analysis of team performance parameters and ensure team members achieve agreed standards target to assign the day.
  • Establish & manage relationships / engagement with the clients and deliver on key metrics.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
  • Portfolio management - preparing sales funnel, driving daily achievements, determining health of portfolio, portfolio analysis basis customer demographics.
Required Profile:
  • Minimum experience of 6 years out of that 2 years of experience in outbound sales process on managerial roll in Telecom Process - BPO Industry.
  • Excellent people management skill.
  • Excellent analytics skills.
  • Should have ability to work independently & multiple processes as well.
  • Good Understanding of BPO Process metrics and ability to work on process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skill, with tactical approach in order to address issues.
