Job Description

    • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
    • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
    • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Work with senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

    • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
    • Support worker communication with the management team.
    • Overview of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.

    • To Create a platform for making the processes future ready by challenging the status quo, bringing efficiencies in identified areas through Automation or Business Process Reengineering. Identification and implementation of Focused Improvement Projects (FIPs)
    • To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the organization by employing process improvement methodologies and the applications
    • To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via governance and controls
    • To Work with the support team for identifying vendor partners for sourcing requirements Build strong business relationships with third-party partners and/or vendors for implementation services as necessary demonstrate good negotiation and relationship building skills
    • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the budget allocated and within the business context.
    • Sales, Marketing and Customer Service- Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
    • Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
    • Ability to ensure quality through regular audits and process flows.
    • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement sessions with a range of business stakeholders
    • Improve HR processes and policies through best principles and practices
