Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
      • Develop and execute presales strategies aligned with the companys sales goals.
      • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presales consultants and engineers.
      • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities.
    2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
      • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
      • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase product capabilities.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    3. Solution Development:
      • Design and propose tailored solutions that address client challenges and align with their objectives.
      • Work closely with product management and development teams to provide client feedback and influence product roadmap.
      • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
    4. Collaboration & Coordination:
      • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
      • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and other marketing materials.
      • Participate in the development and refinement of sales processes and best practices.
    5. Market Analysis & Reporting:
      • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform presales strategies.
      • Track and report on presales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
      • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market and sales data.
    6. Training & Development:
      • Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
      • Ensure the presales team remains updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
