MANAGER PRODUCTION PLANNING GARMENTSQUALIFICATION: - GRADUATEEXP: - 12+YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONOrganizing Pre Production meeting on floor to make style clear to Floor In charge& Line In charge Production planning for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) Discussion with other team members (like cutting team, planning, IE team) Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement Monitoring trims and fabric availability as per factory plan Lay-out planning and special machine planning along with the factory Planning maintaining schedules for correcting the troubleshooting areas in the process and machine Liaising with Co-ordination with sale, purchase, quality control, research & development departments Performing inspection on process related instruments & accountable for handling of raw material & reconciliation Audit the pre production garments & giving a go ahead for bulk commercial production after evaluating the same with original approved sample Managing Production, Quality and on time delivery at Sewing Section Performed Size set & Photo sample Inspections, During Production Inspections and Final Random Inspections of Garment accessories Garments and Home Textiles in entire India.
