Job Description

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing (Preferably automation all these years)
  • Experience of defining complex automation frameworks using UFT, Selenium and ALM
  • Hands on working experience with Fiserv core banking /online systems (preferably with DNA, Signature and Architect)
  • Experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, upgrade testing and automation testing on large or medium size of projects
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction while delivery is in progress, anticipate delivery risks and socialize the mitigation plan with right set of stakeholders
  • Responsible for demonstrating the value of Day in a Life of Bank (DILB)/ Day in a Life of Credit Union (DLICU) - manual and automation- to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible to develop and review SOW with engagement managers, participate in presenting them to end client
  • Build an automation team at offshore who can deliver BTS opportunities working in collaboration with Onshore/ Nearshore
  • Visit client locations, perform initial project activities, and set a path for other team members to follow
  • Manage automation projects by implementing the GS processes (PI, Budget, Demand Planning, Billing, Status Reporting, SMR, Risk Management)
  • Proven research and analytical skills & ability to multitask and work effectively in both independent and team environments to meet assigned deadlines
  • Strong articulation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
