Manager / Senior Manager - Projects (Civil)Key Responsibilities:Civil Projects Management: - Assess civil maintenance requirements across all plant locations and propose budgets. - Drive execution of approved projects and monitor progress against timelines and budgets. - Coordinate extensively with Plant Teams, Manufacturing Heads, and Corporate Leadership. - Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety standards. - Publish monthly MIS and quarterly review reports. Renewable Energy Projects: - Lead renewable energy initiatives from conceptualization to commissioning. - Review engineering drawings, layouts, and financial feasibility. - Prepare project budgets and obtain management approvals. - Manage techno-commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and contractor finalization. - Monitor execution progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
