Job Description

Using our skilled on-demand workforce, we partner with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Technology and eCommerce clients to develop high-quality data sets used to build and enhance various cutting-edge business applications.Cogito is currently working on Artificial Intelligence applications in Annotation work and is looking to engage with Medical Annotator to participate in ongoing projects.
    • Interpret and transcribe the dictation into patient history, exam notes, operative reports, referral letters, discharge summaries, and other documents.
    • Follow patient confidentiality guidelines and legal documentation requirements.
    • Enter medical reports into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    • Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
    • Requires knowledge of medical terminology, English grammar and punctuation, transcription equipment and computer.
    • Knowledge of tests, differential diagnosis, procedures etc.
