Job Description

We are hiring Branch Managers for our new Gold Loan branches across Delhi/NCR.The details of interview are :Venue : Plot no. 98, IIFL Tower, Udyog Vihar Phase-4, Gurgaon, HaryanaDay :2nd Feb 2019Time : 11 A.M. - 4 P.M.JobTitle : Branch Manager

  • Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.
  • Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & overall administration.
  • Assessing local market conditions to identify current & prospective opportunities for new customer acquisition.
  • Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR.
  • Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes to ensure high Audit score.
  • Bring out the best of branches personnel by requisite training, coaching, development & motivation.
