About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sr. MERN & AI Developer to join our engineering team. The role involves working across the full stack to build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications while also contributing to AI-powered features and integrations.The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, quickly understand existing systems, and deliver high-quality, secure, and production-ready code.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using MERN technologies.Work on both bug fixing and new feature development.Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using NestJS.Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.Build and integrate AI/LLM-based features using LangChain and OpenAI.Analyze and resolve production issues using logs and monitoring tools.Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest).Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding practices (OWASP standards).Integrate third-party/internal services via API gateways.Maintain documentation and follow coding standards.Required Skills912 years of overall software development experience.Strong expertise in TypeScript / JavaScript (8 years).Hands-on experience with React 18 (4 years).Strong backend experience with NestJS (4 years).Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation).Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI.Experience with authentication: OAuth 2.0, JWT, OIDC.Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Experience with Git, ESLint, Prettier, npm.Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot / Cursor) is mandatory.Preferred SkillsExperience with LangChain / OpenAI / LLM applications.Experience in NX Monorepo architecture.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.Experience with Okta authentication.Exposure to Datadog monitoring and logging.Experience with API gateways (APIGEE or similar).SCSS and modern UI styling practices.HashiCorp Vault integration experience.Tech StackFrontend: React 18, React Router, SCSSBackend: NestJS, Node.js, TypeScriptDatabase: MongoDBAI/ML: LangChain, OpenAIInfrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, HelmTesting: Jest, CypressTools: NX, Git, ESLint, PrettierRegards,Payalhidden_mobile
