Job Description

Hands on expert troubleshooting expereince in Mobility MDM end user issues on AIRWATCH, INTUNE, XenMobile, MaaS360, GOOD, BES MDM tool Expert knowledge in troubleshooting all device platforms (BlackBerry, iOS and Android) with multiple MDM applications AIRWATCH, GOOD etc. Interact with a large variety of clients to provide Mobility and IT related 1st level technical support for Mobility/Exchange related incidents and requests. Understand requirements, analyze networking issue and provide first level updates and recommendations. Participation in daily operations meeting, ensuring compliance and meet SLA for your respective sites and service area. Supporting customer environments on 24x7x365 basis.Mandatory:4 to 8yr overall expereince working in IT industry 2yr to 5yr of hands on experience on Mobility MDM tools AIRWATCH, INTUNE, XenMobile, MaaS360, GOOD, BES etc.Expert knowledge in troubleshooting all device platforms (BlackBerry, iOS and Android) with multiple applications. Good Knowledge and understanding of MDM tools AIRWATCH, INTUNE, XenMobile, MaaS360, GOOD, BES, MobileIron Knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support Mobility and telecom infrastructure Interact with a large variety of clients to provide Mobility and IT related 1st level and 2nd Level technical support for Mobility/Exchange related incidents and requests. Meet and manage service agreements with customers through Ticketing Remedy tools. Participation in daily operations meeting, ensuring compliance and meet SLA for your respective sites and service area. Excellent Documentation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Provide technical guidance regarding technology and proposed upgrades to current and future equipment for customers. Strong customer service skills; interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associates Supporting customer environments on 24x7x365 basis.Desired Skills: MObility MDM tools AIRWATCH, GOOD, INTUNE, Xenmobile, BES, MaaS360 MDM tools hands on experience4-8yr overall expereince working in IT industry Customer/Client facing skills Familiarly and theoretical knowledge of ITIL processes, preferred certification in ITIL foundation course.Minimum Education: Graduation Engineering degreeMinimum Certifications or Professional Credentials: Desirable - MDM Tools Airwatch/XenMobile Certification, MCSE / Microsoft Exchange Server certifications,
