If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.Responsible for the timely and accurate production of internal and external Operational Risk reporting allocated for delivery by the NOIDA based team.What will you be doing Regular MI & Reporting Production (75%) The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate production (and where required review) of Operational Risk Reports used by Operational Risk Transaction Cycle stakeholders to monitor the Operational Risk profile:Production (and where required review) of internal and external Operational Risk reporting for use by Senior Management, Management/Board Committees and consumption by Regulators / Industry Bodies, demonstrating good knowledge of the Operational Risk Framework, the Operational Risk and Control (ORAC) system, Tableau reporting suites and external risk reporting data sources, such as Operational Riskdata eXchange Association (ORX).Respond to ad-hoc requests from Operational Risk Transaction Cycle to provide bespoke reporting, further analysis and insight. This will include detailed analysis and comparison of all elements of ORAC data across Business Areas and Functions, identifying potential common drivers and root causes in order to enable Business Risk Partners to effectively challenge the Business.Stakeholder interaction to gather requirements and ensure the data / MI produced meets expectations.Governance and Control (15%)The role holder will be responsible for building and maintaining process documentation for both scheduled and bespoke reporting. Support with administration and allocation of workflow & maintenance of SharePoint access, distribution lists, and any other such controls too.Identify and implement new opportunities for enhancing / streamlining processes including initiatives to improve and automate to minimse errors and reduce effort.Successfully operate all report production controls to ensure data accuracy.Management of Data (10%)Support management, testing and governance of changes to specific databases and reporting solutions, for example changes to the Operational Risk and Control Database (ORAC), Business Objects (BO) and TableauDevelop a comprehensive understanding of Operational Risk Reporting tools, in order to present solutions to reporting problems presented by stakeholders, such as linking elements of reports to enhance analysis & risk management, along with learning new tools in future (Tableau).What we re looking for:Excellent communication skills: written and verbal Good relationship building and interpersonal skills Customer focused Ability to plan and organise own workload Results-oriented and able to work successfully to deadlines.
