Job Description

    Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute to Your skills and experience
    • Accountable for all Global Services Delivery management reporting activities from initiation to closure.
    • Responsible for Global Services Delivery reporting Schedule management, end-toend alignment on timelines and reporting formats.
    • Responsible for continuous adoption of new frameworks/solutions to store/distribute/share the reports with appropriate stakeholders.
    • Responsible for publishing and maintaining the GSD reports in the approved reporting tools.
    • Maintaining all relevant reporting documentation throughout the year for ready reference and updates.
    • Follow up, align with all Global Services Delivery stakeholders and ensure monthly
    • reporting with accurate results and reasons within the scheduled timeline.
    • Responsible for presentation for various executive level meetings and management visits as and when required.
    • Build and own the GSD reporting templates and support units with templates for unit level reviews.
    • Consolidation and maintenance of various data points for management/marketing as and when required.
    • Stakeholder management and relationship with all GSD units and functions for performance reporting.
    • Manage dependencies , set up corrective action plan and align with stakeholders.
    • Organize weekly meetings with unit performance teams to ensure the collaboration and improvement actions.
    • Organize monthly Analysis calls within the PfM Team for closer understanding of the performance results.
    • Point of contact towards CDE and validation of support offered to GSD PfM team.
    • Responsibilities will evolve with the evolving ecosystem
