    Trained on API Gateway Product and minimum 1 customer implementation experience on API technology (Axway or non-Axway)1) Knowledgable on:Operating Systems UNIX, WindowsTechnologies API Development & Testing Web Technologies - REST-JSON, SOAP-XML, etc Security - HTTPS, SSL, etc Protocols - HTTP, SMTP, etc Authentication - LDAP, SSO, OAUTH, etc Concepts - Mirrors, HA, DR, Clustering, Virtualization, Load Balancing (Software/Hardware) - F5, etc Networking - DNS, PORT, Firewall, DMZ, etc Database - Casandra, Oracle, MySQL, etc Application Server - WebLogic, Jboss, Apache Tomcat, etc OS - Unix/Linux, etc Language - Java, etc Scripting - JavaScript, shell scripting, Pearl, Groovy, etc Middleware - Fusion, etc Others - JMS, etc2) Operational24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays). On call support from Home3) Desirable:
    • Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS , Azure
    • knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience
    • Strong analytical skills and incisive thinking ability
    • Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects.
    • Excellent in Client Interfacing and customer co-ordination Skills
    • Knowledge of product architecture
    • Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
    Educational Qualification : B.Tech/ M.Tech/BCA/MCA.,
