Job Description

Responsibilities:Department: MouldingQualification:Degree in Plastics or Engineering

  • Responsible for the production ofmouldingparts on daily basis.
  • Lead the daily activities of the production, process engineers and technicians/operators.
  • Coordinate machine and set-up planning to meet production plan
  • Advise in the development of new products based on plastic components
  • Support installation and start-up of newmouldinglines.
  • Coordinate validation ofmould, equipment and product changes.
  • Oversee quality assurance according to various standards
  • Lead and execute Lean & 5S projects for existing production lines
  • Documentedmouldset ups, process intervention logs, product dimensional and visual evaluations supporting product requirements, product validations, and various other management reports.
  • Implement and manage all maintenance functions like preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance for all moulds andmouldingequipments.
  • Assure compliance to allmouldingarea related procedures, policies and work instructions.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
