Practitioner of Microsoft Business Intelligence with Warehouse, ETL, Data reporting, Data prediction experience. SSIS, Power BI, Azure platform experience is mandatory. Good leadership and communication skills. Job Description Gather and analyze business requirements and translate business needs into long-term business intelligence solutions. Architect the Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions utilizing MS SQL Server 2012/ 2014/ higher SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Performance Point, integration with Excel and SharePoint, for large Enterprises with multiple functions. Tailor solutions for Management dashboards, Financial Reporting and Operational Business Intelligence. Configure and optimize BI environment, which includes relational, and OLAP layers, and data migration components; work in collaboration with the data warehouse environment and team. Create predictive solution using concepts of data sciences by using appropriate toolsets. Define Business Intelligence framework and data model, semantic layers and BI Metadata repositories to support reporting and administration. Collaborate with application developers, business owners, and operation engineers to ensure the creation of production Business Intelligence designs and implementations, Define and enforce coding standards, design styles and best practices as a process. Participate in analysis sessions with the user community to capture, define data requirements clearly, completely and correctly. Motivate, coach and train young BI engineers on latest MS BI technology and trends. At least 3 years of experience in design and architecting, developing and/ or managing the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, MS BI technology stack. Experience in identifying, analyzing and translating business requirements and rules into intuitive analytical solutions, business scorecards and management dashboards- for Industries like Govt, Retail, Financial services. Understanding of Business Intelligence solutions: operational and analytical and predictive. Knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional database architectures- Expertise in the Microsoft BI solution offerings including SQL Server 2012/ 2014/ higher (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS) , Power BI, SharePoint. Hands on experience of using Azure BI stack for warehouse, ETL, Cubes. Experience in Azure usage standards and computing to estimate transaction and costs involved for migration. Should have knowledge in SharePoint, ASP. NET, MVC design patterns and design methodologies. Understanding of multidimensional database design and architecture- Experience and/ or understanding of SQL Server Tabular Model - Excellent data analysis skills using SQL. Knowledge on competing products like Qlikview, Tableau, SAS, IBM Cognos, Oracle and open source products. Ability to document, articulate and present a compelling story about the solution and why is this the best fit in the form of Architectural diagram. Ability to create step by step Approach to build Intelligence and prediction. Ability to respond to commercial RFPs with solution, estimates. Strong analytical skills, an ability to present and communicate data, trends, insights and recommendations involving clients. Ability to conduct quality control/ auditing to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data during the project system, integration test and UAT- Experience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing priorities.,
