Job Description

    Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). What you will learn and contribute to
    • Technologies: 3G/LTE/5G Design & Planning
    • Good hands-on working experience on Nokia Products.
    • LTE/5G site configuration planning.
    • Responsible to support all related planning tasks for 3G,4G,5G using Atoll/9955.
    • Should be good at audit process and correction which includes configuration audits, radio capacity assessment and could be able to propose features / parameter changes for quality/capacity enhancements
    • Aware about Site configuration and be able to detect issues with configuration to propose solutions.
    • Good understanding on Antenna patterns and their impact on coverage and interference.
    • Required to support customer for troubleshooting and network performance improvement activities.
    • Support RF assessor for the site compliance RF safety document update, resolve the issues with mobile operators or vendors in a timely manner.
    • Shadowing to be verified on newly installed antenna with existing RRU/Passive antenna. Separation of Active & Passive antenna to identify and escalate for required changes.
    • Required to support customer meeting and communication for planning related topics.
    • Support Greenfield or upgrade site feasibility report or site selection report review. Give feedback and suggestions regarding EME compliance
    • Customer focused, high degree of technical skills to resolve complex network issues / trace analysis
    • Able to think out of the box to resolve complex scenarios and be able to effectively justify the rationale behind proposed recommendations
    • Good at customer handling, Analytical approach, Problem solving and Presentation skills
    • Able to communicate effectively while working with a large team in collaborative mode working in different time-zones.
    • Able to meet targets consistently and maintain complete transparency within the team
    • Ready to accept to work with different time zone
