Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years hands on experience in Microsoft technologies and at least 2-3 years experience in Office 365, Teams & Azure AD. Use cloud/system-level administration skills to gauge customer requirements, aid in architectural design, and configure and provision cloud services with hands on troubleshooting skills to meet needs.Job Position: Office365 AdministratorJob Experience: 6 8 yearsJob Location: Noida Office 365 Administration Skills

    • Design and implement Office 365 and related technologies including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, One Drive for Business and Azure AD.
    • Serve as subject matter expert on Office 365 & Exchange projects and being accountable for the outcome of the project.
    • Working experience with Office365 migration projects including knowledge of hybrid configuration, which involves moving mailboxes between on-premises and Exchange Online organizations without creating new mailboxes; cutover migration and staged migration.
    • Experience with Exchange 2010/2013, including architecture and deployment of multi node DAGs.
    • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Directory Synchronization Tools such as DirSync, Azure AD sync and Azure AD connect. Integrating on-premises directories will with Azure Active Directory via Azure AD Connect
    • Upgrading AAD connect versions
    • Real time Experience on Azure AD, PIM Roles, MFA and conditional policies issues.
    • Delivering and supporting Microsoft O365 - Azure AD, ADFS and WAP configurations for on-premises integration.
    • Configure DNS records for Office 365 services.
    • Managing user accounts and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
    • Implementation of advanced functions of Exchange Online including security, governance and compliance (DLP, IRM, MDM, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption)
    • Adding Office 365 organizational accounts as co-administrators to the Azure Active Directory tenant.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
    • Must possess good knowledge of Teams & One drive and can manage Admin portals.
General Ability and Responsibility
    • Working Experience with remote tools and ticketing tools.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills.
    • Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to direct with precision and clarity remote-hands technicians over the phone to execute deployment, break-fix, and upgrade plans accurately.
    • Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot simple and complex issues in order to provide outstanding support for customer and internal needs.
    • Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within Systems Operations; recommend solutions and assist in overseeing implementation.
    • Ensure all necessary operational processes and procedures are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, expediency and on- time delivery.
