Job Description

Purpose of the role is the maintenance and further development and improvement of the CaDe web portal. This web portal serves as one-stop shop for all sales trainings, be it for the Nokia Portfolio, for business and selling skills, or sales processes. The portal helps people navigate through the comprehensive training content, to quickly identify suitable learning solutions for all sales learning needs, and to access content of recorded training sessions. Main targets of this role are to increase overall user experience through leading edge web design, to create a user interface which is highly attractive and intuitive, and to continuously improve quality, content, and look & feel in close cooperation with stakeholders in CO Sales and beyond.Job Responsibilities & Competencies:Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously develop CaDe web portal based on requirements of internal customers
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to collect and understand crucial requirements
• Increase user experience through leading edge web design
• Conduct regular maintenance and quality checks
• Ensure appropriate IT infrastructure and applications as well as Internet/mobile access
• Provide usage statistics, collect user feedback and take improvement actions
• The role will not require travel, but the candidate would be on occasion required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CO CaDe team.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication & presentation skills required to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organization including (executive) management.
• Expertise in communication and web design: Experience in developing and supporting Joomla based applications, ability to develop components, plug-ins and modules, familiarity with cross-platform and cross-browser issues
• Background in IT (server architecture, security): understand client-side and server-side architecture, build the application front-end through appealing visual design, manage databases and applications, create security and data protection settings (with Nokia IT)
• Knowledge of MS tools (SharePoint, Teams): capabilities and analytics engines
• Experience with CoDe / CaDe / training / enabling / learning design
• High-level knowledge of Nokia portfolio (preferred: e2e, otherwise: BG specific)
• Basic project management skills

Qualifications & Experience:Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective.Typically requires 10+ years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate (bachelor s in science)/ postgraduate (master s in science) equivalent degree.The candidate should have had several years of exposure to training or learning solutions, or alternatively worked in internal or external communications, marketing, or IT. A high-level knowledge of Nokia products and solutions is mandatory; in addition, a background in learning & people development would be helpful.Job Grade: 8/9 depending on the individually agreed scope of responsibilities.Imagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
