About the team QR/Soundbox team is one of the biggest business and payments verticals in the organization that is focused on merchant acquisition, merchant retention and growth of merchants in India. About the role The QR & Soundbox Offline team is looking for an Operation & Market Insight Manager to manage Merchant Acquisition & portfolio for Offline Merchants . Expectations/ Requirements 1. Monitor regional ops managers to align central AOP, and business goals & drive regional agendas. 2. Work on competition benchmarking and share regional inputs with the Central team for sales strategies 3. Drive special projects across India like PIDF, and PM Svanidhi. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role 1. Lead a team of regional operations manager to work closely with on ground field team to gather Market Insights 2. 7-13 years experience in operations & market insights. 3. Experience in managing teams across India, good understanding of data analytics to drive sales, market insights & competition mapping Education Any Graduation & MBA*. Why join us 1.
