The ideal candidate will excel at understanding customer demands and preferences, creating personalized travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.Description Attending day-to-day activities in a highly professional and sufficient way. Reply to all agents inquiries on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, full needed information, and the most competitive rates to materialize maximum business. Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files on the internal system. Ensure that all work is executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each files requirements. Arranging for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding, and other related services, according to client itinerary. Facilitating smooth and easy execution of services from arrival to departure. Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, in a presentable and professional way. Adhere to all agents requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty Coordinate with other departments, transportation, and ground operations to make sure all services are done according to the clients itinerary with accuracy and quality. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
